The Valet and Bellman team will be the first and last point of contact with guests arriving and departing from the Atticus Hotel. Tasked with ensuring that every guest is greeted and welcomed, as well as thanked when leaving, the Bell/Valet team will also be called upon to ensure that all of our guest’s needs are met during their stay.

The main function of the Valet/Bellman team is to welcome guests as soon as they drive up to the hotel; make them feel at home; ask if they would like luggage assistance; and park their vehicle in our valet lots. Additionally, Valet/Bellman accompany guests up to their guest rooms with their luggage, answer any questions they may have, as well as going over in-room amenities and service. The Valet & Bell team is also responsible for the prompt delivery of items to the room, room service orders, and meeting any other guest needs during their stay. The Valet/Bell team must maintain a courteous attitude and welcome all service questions and requests while creating an unforgettable guest stay.

  • Anticipate guest needs, communicate issues and opportunities to management as needed.
  • Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
